Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern all orders, purchases, and sales transactions made through the Oliver Cabell online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Order Placement & Acceptance

When you complete checkout, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your request. Contractual acceptance of your order and completion of the contract occur when your items are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Pricing, Currencies & Accuracy

All prices displayed on the store are in the designated currency at checkout. While we endeavor to maintain complete pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally arise. If an item is listed with an erroneous price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order prior to shipment and notify you accordingly.

3. Payment Terms & Security

We accept major credit cards and authorized digital payment gateways. Payment authorization and billing occur at the time your order is submitted. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

4. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before fulfillment begins by emailing leif.adams@mail.com. If the order has already entered dispatch or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process must be followed.

5. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods transfer to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the destination address specified in the order.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oliver Cabell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delayed delivery.
